Drafting your idea

We have a wide range of set plans to choose from, or you can meet up with our design team to convert your idea into draft plans. The draft, once approved, will be 3D rendered for a realistic idea of what to expect and to confirm all fixtures, fittings and materials. Submission to local authority
|
Once the draft and finishes are approved, our team will convert the draft plans into council ready architectural drawings. We also deal with the submission for approval on your behalf, handling all communications and requests from council while keeping you in the loop at every step of the process. |

Conversion of containers
|
After your plans have been approved by council, our team starts the conversion process at our premises. We deliver a detailed manufacturing programme to our clients, outlining the process week by week. Site preparation

While our conversion team is hard at work at our headquarters up-cycling your container, another team will visit your site to prepare it for delivery. Whether you need columns, bases, levelling or fencing/boundary walls done, our team will assess and prepare your site as per the approved plans. |

Transport to site
|
After about 2 - 10 weeks (depending on project size and complexity), when the conversion process is complete and the site is ready for delivery, our transport team will deliver your unit safely and securely to your premises. With our crane truck or side-loader we will fix your unit in place for the final step of the process. |
Connection of services
|
When your unit is in place we will connect your utilities (water & electricity). Our team will do a final walk-through and quality check, fixing any snags and/or transport damage to ensure complete satisfaction with the end product. When we hand over your keys - all you need to do is move in and enjoy the benefits and financial freedom of your new luxury container! |
